Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by rawgeek LLC ("rawgeek," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

rawgeek provides managed IT services, cybersecurity solutions, network infrastructure, cloud services, and related technology consulting. The scope of services for each client is defined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• — Providing accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
• — Maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided.
• — Ensuring timely payment for services rendered as outlined in the applicable agreement.
• — Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with use of our services.

4. Intellectual Property

All tools, methodologies, documentation, and proprietary systems developed by rawgeek remain the exclusive intellectual property of rawgeek LLC. Deliverables created specifically for a client are governed by the terms of the applicable service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rawgeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. rawgeek reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which rawgeek LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

rawgeek reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify active clients of material changes via email.
